C. Stewart Jr. Shows Power in Live BP!!

After missing the entire 2024 season due to an injury sustained during last year’s Spring Training, Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks pitcher Carter Stewart Jr. is finally back!
In his first live batting practice (Live BP) session in quite some time, Stewart faced 8 batters, giving up 2 hits and 2 walks while racking up 2 strikeouts.
Most importantly, he completed the session healthy and looked sharp on the mound.
A “full comeback” for Stewart would essentially be the biggest “new acquisition” for the Hawks’ rotation this season.
