这是我们昨天学习的这个闪通背 加白蛇吐信 对不对那这个地方呢 需要给大家去讲一个咱们的那个细节 首先第一个 闪通背又名三通背 它的这个动作的含义 就是为了让大家明白啊 接手下捋以后 收左步 要着重的去利用咱们的中线旋转 来带动两手的左右外棚 你看第一步 两手下捋之后 咱们先让了左肩 身体的右转要做好 松右胯去把左肩给它让出来 让左肩上如果受到外来力 通过闪身的方式给它让开 随后左手上穿 右手下按 再通过腰向左转 两手本身是没有什么没有 没有怎么去动的 而是靠腰 通过我们的右肩的让空 来把身体向左转 进行一个两手的外棚 最后右手上穿 左手下捋 形成一个身向右转 领带左手的动作 让我们的两肩在动作当中 形成一个让左肩 让右肩再让左肩的一个灵活的转动 形成了咱们闪通背的这个动作含义 那后面这个白蛇吐信 最早的时候在咱们拳谱当中是有的 后来不知怎么的就取消了 然后就给它去掉了这个动作的名称 给它融入到了闪通背里面 这个动作原名叫做白蛇吐信 动作像掩手肱拳一样 你看当我们做完这个动作以后 翻左掌左斜前方开步 左掌外棚 右手藏于腰间 如果这个时候把咱们的左手变成立掌 把右手变成右拳 哎这个手是不是就像掩手肱拳了 但是白蛇吐信它是一个左手掌心横掌 右手变穿掌的一个动作 移动重心先进 身勾 左手左转 腰沿中线上穿形成的 白鹤吐信 昨天呢给大家讲课的过程当中 把这个动作的外形 动作的尽力 还有呼吸都给大家讲到了啊 那咱们今天学习一个岩手拱拳 今天这个动作难度呢 稍微微的有一点点大 为啥 因为它有一个单腿直立转身的动作 啊单腿直立转身的动作 有很多人说老师啊 我单腿直立转身 最容易犯的问题就是转过来身以后 站不稳好 同学们先跟老师学外形啊 从白蛇吐信正面背面侧面三个方向 给大家做口令的详细教学代练啊 来第一步 白蛇吐信便转身掩手肱拳 第一步当走后弧 重心右移 左手与右手左手变掌 是不是朋友们 现在呢朋友们 你可以试一下啊 首先第一 转身的规律 在我们身体向外转的时候 向脚外侧去转的时候 皆是以脚尖去转 当我们的脚一往脚 当我们转身的 时候往里边去转的时候 接为脚跟 脚跟位置能理解吗 同学们说 老师为啥呀 首先第一 当咱们往外再转身的过程当中 你的膝关节需要有一个稳定的结构 来支撑住你的身体 现在很多人一转身 都是整个把人的身体拔高拎起来 很容易导致膝关节的受力是不均匀的 这个时候大家可以试一试啊 当你前脚掌点地的时候 你的屈膝和松胯微微往下落一落 你会发现脚尖点地 你往里转 非常容易出现扣膝的问题 但是脚跟就不会出现 试一下朋友们自己试一试 当你脚尖点地往里转 是非常容易出现跪膝扣腿的动作 但脚跟着地松胯转身 他就不会出现 自己试一下 发现了打上两个字发现 如果你往外转的时候 你脚跟你会发现你非常容易往外去倒 往后去躺 但是以脚尖 就会保持自己转的非常平稳 是不是以脚尖为轴 发现了没有同学们 转身岩手拱拳 以左脚脚跟为轴 转身旋风脚以右脚脚尖为轴 往一个方向转 用的两个不同的脚 一个是左脚往里转 他就得用脚跟 一个是右脚他往外转 他就得用脚尖 所以这个过程当中是不是就发现了 哦原来在转的过程当中 脚尖脚跟的方向在转动的时候 应用的脚掌的位置是不一样的 往里转就是脚跟 往外转就是脚尖 大家清晰 打清晰记住 打记住接下来来到第二个重点 你说老师 我转身的时候永远都站不稳 咋回事你看 就像老师转啊 老师能转好几圈 能转好多圈 但是我能站稳 为什么大家站不稳 同学们一个事 向下放重心啊 就一句话 向下就落你的重心 很多同学们就是忘了一件事情 咱们之前给大家不是教了一个重点吗 什么重点 就是当你单脚直立的时候 不要只想着提膝的这条腿 而是要在做动作的过程当中 一边去考虑身体的向下松沉 一边想象着靠上去领腕领膝踢脚 这两个力它是一个上下的什么 它是一个向上下的相合 看到没有 如果说我们在这往这一站 左腿也不沉 直接提右膝 你会发现左腿抬上去的一瞬间 一边重一边轻 直接带着你的身体就开始往一边倒 但是你一上一下 一边有松沉 一边有上领的时候 上下两个力形成了合劲 这个时候你会发现你的身体 整个上半身 是和左腿形成一个整体的 那么右膝这个时候就相当于什么 咱们说的稍节啊 你说你动你的手 什么时候会摔倒 摔不倒因为稍节的运用是听谁的话 听终结的话 所以我们每一次在转身的时候 也是同理 不管你是以脚尖向外去转身 还是以你的脚跟向里去转身 你要做到的事情 其实第一件事就是要符合 咱们提膝上领的过程当中 身法上下有一个相合的整体 右膝向上提 左膝向下沉 做好这个 你就能够不动如山 明白了没有 这第二点 那当你转起来的时候 只要保持两个条件 一松胯屈膝是往下坐的 百会是往上拎的 臀部往下 头顶往上 那老师问你 你是不是一条直 自己咋转过去了都不知道 所以同学们把动作细节学明白了 再去转就好转了 你看老师啊 重心在左 将重心先转移到右腿 是的啊芳菲看好同学们 对直接身体就起来了是吧 首先第一点 先将你的脚 摆到一个合适转身的一个角度 你看右胯一松 身体是不是在右转 咱们之前跟大家讲过一个重点 什么重点 中线向右转 带动左胯向里相合 要做到腰胯一体 同时把你的左胯带进来 这个时候你在移动重心的时候 来老师问大家啊 还记不记 老师给大家讲的大螺旋这个技巧了 啊大螺旋的这个技巧 两个膝盖跟两个脚尖方向一致的时候 你向左移动重心 左膝对左脚 向右移动重心 右膝对右脚 这个时候 你的身体会出现一个什么现象 往左移动重心时 身体会微微的往 右转往右移动重心时 身体会微微的往左转 既保护膝盖 又产生了身体上的螺旋 所以这个时候咱们左脚一扣脚 你将重心往左腿上移的过程当中 重心左移 身微向右转 所以咱们已经相当于是啥 已经相当于往右转了一部分了 对不对这个时候你再去提膝转身 其实你就转了多少度 你无非就是转了 90度 所以还有什么不好转的 这就是咱们在前面这些细节上 你把动作吃了 本来这个动作 他其实就是转了个90度的转身 就是转了个90度的转身 但是在我们这 硬生生让我们转出来了180度的高难度 为啥因为前面的动作都吃干净了 导致最后没办法了 只能硬转 转不了硬转 转不了硬转给自己身 身体转过来 明白了吗 就像老就是 大家接触过这个太极拳以后 不是听过老家一路老家二路吗 好老家二路的三花五秀 往这一沉 大家都说老师 为啥我转不过来呀 为啥我转过来砸不了拳呀 其实答案很简单 人家老家二路的动作分解式是下去 下压砸拳 起身先以脚尖脚跟为轴转半圈 然后再提膝翻身震脚 人家都相当于转了大半圈 才去起跳下压拳了 但是咱们是啥 咱们是到这了直接从这起跳 那你转不过来那不是很正常吗 是不是 所以掩手拱拳的这个道理也是一样的 你到这个位置之后 重心移到右腿 先把下盘的左胯扣住 先把重心的左腿移到位 然后用腰的力量 腰带腿腰带腿 而不是腿蹬地是 腰带腿小腹内收 提膝上领 你怎么会转不过来 所以大家记住 没有第二个细节 就是在于哪 你在转身的过程里 必须要把下盘给我弄清楚 弄明白了 人不都说吗 教拳不教步 教步打师傅为啥不教你步 因为教你步以后 你会发现 所有的这些看起来很难的转身
