On the 20th, Orix announced that Dominican player Luis Perdomo will be appearing at an event held by the Dominican Republic Pavilion at the Osaka Kansai Expo on Friday, September 26th.
The event will be titled “Super Connecting home run- Connecting the Dominican Republic to the World through baseball with Orix The Buffaloes.” The event will include a talk by Perdomo, as well as a mini-game, a local favorite. There will also be a visit to the Dominican Republic Pavilion. The team’s mascots, Buffalo Bull and Belle, will also make an appearance to liven up the event.
