NY Giants TOP 10 Kick & Punt Return HEROES: #86 Ron Dixon

Since the New York Giants don’t have the strongest history of devastating return men, we thought we’d spotlight those who have electrified the swamps of the New Jersey Meadowlands at various times in the recent past. Here’s two Ron Dixon special, first on the opening kickoff against the Philadelphia Eagles on January 7, 2001 in an NFC Divisional Playoff at Giants Stadium before adding another one in Super Bowl XXXV. Down 10-0 to the Baltimore Ravens late in the 3rd quarter, Dixon’s efforts momentarily sparked the Giants after a Kerry Collins pick-6 was taken into the endzone by Duane Starks. Mere minutes later, the Ravens seized momentum right back when Dixon’s kick return was answered one-for-one by Jermaine Lewis with one of his own.
