打席に立ったディカーソンについて髙橋は、
「めちゃくちゃ雰囲気がある。投げてるボールもかなり見てましたし、仲間にいると思うと心強い」と大きな期待を寄せていた。

Thought his fast ball looked really good his splitter when he finished it uh had some good bite on it and his control was always around the Zone but like not right down the Middle ni Look no not really I mean I I’ve met him in passing I didn’t know that he played for the Japanese team in the World Baseball Classic and then uh I also had no idea he’ thrown 130 pitches before I stepped in there so it was pretty impressive

That he finished strong and his stuff looked really Good I’ve actually traditionally hit splitter very very well in the us when we when I did get to see it you don’t see it very often but it’s pitch that does go in my swing path well so uh I I intend to be able to hit it
