The Tokyo Giants have signed right-handed pitcher Forrest Whitley to a player contract.
Whitley was selected by the Houston Astros in the first round (17th overall) of the 2016 MLB Draft.
During the 2025 season, he played with the Houston Astros and the Tampa Bay Rays.
