Brandon Phillips Fielding Highlights Are INSANE🔥
the flashiest fielder in MLB history let’s talk about it Brandon Phillips was for sure a great Fielder but based off highlights alone he might be the greatest ever because not many had the balls to do things that BP did in games and he always puted off in the most natural way possible against the Mets he ranged to his backand up the middle and threw the ball through his legs to turn two on Ike Davis against the Pirates this slow roller looked like a for sure infield hit until BP fielded it and threw it behind his back for the out something he kind of did again against the Astros but this time it was through his legs late in a close game against the Brewers Ryan Braun chopped one up the middle that BP barehanded with his kneeon second and fired to first for the clutch double play and funny enough while the bare hands were probably his most memorable plays he was really known for the glove and I mean that literally because his mths were sick you see Philips just had a way to make plays memorable and it’s really hard to judge him for it because in his prime he constantly had great defensive metrics and even led the league in feuding percentage a few times and while I hate fooding percentage as a stat in this case it at least shows that he wasn’t booting balls trying to be flashy it just happened hell he even made highlights on tags when he put Jonathan VR on a Mark Sanchez poster and highlights when backing up throws when he made this diving snag to prevent extra bases in the playoffs against the Giants more of the story Brandon Phillips was just that dude and he was also
