Probably craziest Clubhouse story was the the time that my old teammate Kyle Kendrick, they played like a massive prank on him that he got traded to Japan for uh to to to co for Kobayashi the hot dog eating guy. So I mean it they had everybody in it. We made a move today and we made a trade with Japanese team Giants and you were one of the guys in the deal. What’s it called? Let me try to explain it to you. I mean, that’s that’s all this again. I mean, I appreciate what you did last year. You had a hell of a year for us. We appreciate what you’ve done for us in our in our organization. You’re a classy kid and I think this is a great opportunity for you to make a hell of a lot of money. Okay. GM, they had my man’s agent in on it. Like, get the [ __ ] out of here in on it. So, tell me about it. Hold on. Tell me about that a little bit. They called him up. So, he had just gotten called up not too long ago, and Brett Meyers was the one that that put everybody up to it. Kendrick just got traded to Japan for 1.5 million he’s getting. It’s worth it. Congratulations. Good luck, Kendrick. We’re going to trade you trade you to uh Japan for Kobashi. And uh he’s sitting in there and like if and if you knew Kyle like he’s he was very gullible as a young kid there and it was just like just whole world just ripped up from underneath. They brought him back. He walks back into the clubhouse. Media is in on it. Trade uh Kyle Kendrick has been uh moved to the Yumi uh Giants uh in exchange for Kobayashi uh um it’s a deal that we felt it was important for us to make. They come over to his locker and start interviewing him. I mean, they were going all in. He goes, he calls his agent. His agent’s like, “Can he’s like, can they even do this?” He’s like, “Yeah, unfortunately, they can.” So, I guess, you know, we we got to get you on a plane out to Japan. And the whole I was like, “Oh my god, bro.” Like, I don’t know. Do they have good food in Japan? You’re shocked now or You know what I say? You have to go. You just got pumped. [Applause]
