[Music] [Music] My name is John Hussy. I am the Czech national team pitching coach. My fourth time in Japan and now Marines camp with um the the bridge program. So it continues to impress. It’s it’s enjoyable every time I’m here. So feel very lucky to be here. Thank you. Thank you. You’re welcome. Feel famous today. Feel famous. I’ve been lucky enough to follow the pitching coaches around. Um just see how they run their pitches here. So, it’s been enjoyable to see um the way they’re building relationships with pitchers. Um the way they structure their trainings. Um so, it’s been beneficial for me to be around them. Um, I’ve had a good chance to talk to uh some of the strength and conditioning guys as well, which has been nice. So I think um you know just seeing the way that they create an energy around the team or around the pitching staff in particular um is extremely beneficial. So it’s it’s been you know eye opening for me to see how important I guess um the camaraderie and the atmosphere that the coaches create together then has an effect on the team. So I think that that’s been something that’s really important for me to notice um in this camp. [Music] Panasonic give the opportunity um for men to continue to play a kids game and I think that that’s a beautiful thing in the end and we’re all very lucky to be involved in baseball And if it wasn’t for the support of Panasonic, then these opportunities wouldn’t be the same. And it was a really nice experience to head out there. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to check out the training because of weather conditions, but look, the manager is obviously a nice guy. And this feels exactly like we’re back in the Czech Republic. Just um maybe don’t film this because Paval will have us training in winter. Now, the facilities here are fantastic. So, I’m very envious that you do get to have great facilities everywhere you go. And I think that that’s just thank you. Ah pana. Oh save [Music] surprised um eyeopening what I’ve experienced today. Um because it’s more than just an air conditioner obviously. It’s just more than air purification system. It feels like it kind of touches all your senses. The health, the wellness, the natural living movement right now, which I do pay a lot of attention to being a baseball coach. This is this is just on another level. It’s beautiful. You’re looking to have luxury change rooms and stuff like that in stadiums because that’s what it feels like. It’s it would just create a different environment um in a baseball stadium in particular. Um it would get rid of the bad smells in a change room. um for sure, which probably is needed sometimes. It’s technology that’s helping us to feel physically better, wellbeing, um whether that be through sensors and then obviously that has an impact on your psychological side of things as well. All of the products here could be implemented into that environment. coaching staff. I know that it’s um not always easy to have somebody else um at their trainings, but they’ve been extremely accommodating. The players have made me feel very welcome, which is something that I’ve really appreciated. Um and I’ve just taken away lots of little things of how to tweak um how I am as a pitching coach. Um, being around Tommo, being around Tucka, being around Masa, it’s been beneficial for me because I think gathering lots of different ways to do things and lots of different information is what’s going to make you a quality coach, which is something that I’m trying to do. If I can take some of these things back and implement them into the programs in the Czech Republic, then it’s going to be beneficial for everybody. me as a coach, check baseball as a program, and I just want to thank Panasonic and I want to thank Cheap Lot Marines for um allowing this to happen. Uh this is right up there with some of the best experiences I’ve had on a baseball field. [Music]
