forch [Music] [Music] you have any uh trepidation letting Sanger throw that many pitches um not really i mean he’s been consistent 99 to 100 you know so for him to go nine more pitches there uh not really because of the way he’s been we’ve been using him the past two three outings uh how good is it to see Brook make that defensive play especially after yesterday yeah um you know that’s what we want that’s what we want to see out of all of our players especially our younger ones today on that spot base is loaded nobody out line drive first step on the ball catches it and applies the tag there a huge play but I thought overall we make some good defensive plays that Pete play with the infield you know backhand and throwing it on the on the run and then Albi applying the tack albby with a nice pick and with a cut stealing a second like overall we made some good defensive plays today you had Pete and Francisco come through obviously but what do you think overall just with the approach running scoring position today yeah we we didn’t have good at bats uh for the first six seven innings until Pete finally got that two-run double uh but before that other than that Batty one that I thought you know couple of pitches that were out of the strike zone and didn’t go his way are at bats with runners in scoring position weren’t good saying obviously one run or six innings is almost a given the way he’s pitching these days but I think this is his first start at Coach Field but uh what how how nice is it to have a guy that goes out there and you can trust that way that it’s one run in six innings is almost in the books yeah um that’s you know it’s it’s an ace type outing every time he he takes the baseball but I feel good with all of our guys too you know but with uh with Cai he continues to get better uh I feel like he’s getting to a point now where since first pitch he’s there’s intensity there that the ball with the ball the walls the ball the way the ball’s coming out uh and using all of his pitches you know like the fourth ball today was a weapon again so um he attack make them chase and you know I just feel like every time he takes the baseball I like our chances what was working well for you uh tonight [Music] a lot of uh irregularities or things I didn’t know about this in terms of this stadium but I was able to get through it did you feel uh like you were getting close to your uh your pitch count the highest in your career late in the last couple of innings yeah I did feel that feel the pitch count uh the movement of the pitches were not quite what I wanted but I was able to grind it out and get through six what do you think worked best for you tonight i still don’t know what do you think of Bor’s ability to come off the bench and come through the way he did [Music] real yeah to see that at BGO go happen it just kind of illustrates what type of person Francisco Lindor is he’s a leader and he’s just a superstar cannot say enough about the Mets there for pretty much anyone non-tendered non-tendered braves had him for a second yep i like I said show David Stern they’re doing something right they’re doing some research and then Ener’s obviously a stud that’s exactly right look they they’ve got six guys i expect them to go to a six-man rotation keep these guys healthy you talked about Montage and Maniah possibly coming back the back end of the bullpen’s got some weapons one of these guys in the postseason is going to be down there i My point is you get this group to the postseason with the experience they already had last year these guys are dangerous and have gotten tremendously better and Sodto starting to shuffle now yes sean Mania making a rehab start on Friday oh that’s important that’s good [Music] stuff [Music] fore
