On 9 July, the 12th round of the Chiba Lotte and Hokkaido Nippon-Ham matches in Zozo Marine Stadium was win by Hokkaido Nippon-Ham 13-1.
Hokkaido Nippon-Ham took the lead in the first inning with Ryota Isobata ‘s doble and 2 Walk bases loaded with no outs, and Reyes led off with a No. 17 bases loaded. They extended their lead in the top of the second inning with a squeeze by Ryota Isobata and a two-run single by Yua Tamiya in the top of the fourth.

Fukuya Yamazaki pitcher received a lot of help and went to mound in the bottom of the ninth inning. He struck out three straight pitch to end the game with a 13-1 lead. Yamazaki pitcher threw 110 pitches in the ninth inning, hit 8 walked Hit by Pitch 6 strike out 1 runs for his second complete game win of the season. The offense combined for 17 hit 13 runs to give the team its fifth straight win.
Chiba Lotte On the other hand, starter Shuta Ishikawa pitcher was in a mess with 9 hit 4 Walk 2 strike out 8 runs on 100 pitches in five innings. They combined for eight hit but only Home Run runs, snapping a three-game losing streak.
