去年157.4km/hだったシンカーの平均球速が今年は159.8km/hにまで上昇するなど、様々な指標が去年に比べ向上していた。
(シンカーの平均球速に関しては、2022年から160.3→158.3→157.4と下降していたものが元に戻ったとも言える)

しかし、なぜか被打球速度はMLBワーストレベルにまで下がっていた
