And once they pitch ran for him, he brought in he did a double switch. So he brought in Luke Williams and stuck Luke Williams at um at Shawn Murphy’s batting spot and he brought in Drake to pinch hit cuz he had to catch. He slid him into the nine hole. All you did was just slide u Bowwin in the nice spot. Here’s wind the pitch. That ball fouled off. That’s all he did. He did a double switch. So that way he can switch up the order. It wasn’t a pinch hit for Nick Allen. Nick Allen was out the game. That’s why he did the double switch. That’s why Nick That’s why Luke Williams was in the game when Drake Bowwin came in. Hence the double switch. Uh two and two count. Here’s a wind the pitch. That ball popped up and that’s the end of the game unless somebody drop it. Nope, that’s the end of the game. All right, so Braves lose five to four uh bullpen collapse in the eighth inning. A total collapse in the seventh and eighth inning by the Atlanta Braves bullpen. Unfortunately, back under 500 unfortunately. Great pitching game by Bryce Elder, man. Just the bullpin failed us. Bullpin failed us today. We scored enough to win. You four, you score four runs is four to one in the seven inning. You expect to win the game. Um, put it in Al uh Aaron Bummer who gave up two runs. Uh, Delos Santos completed it by giving up three runs and yeah, that was it. So yeah, Bullpin, Aaron Bummer, and Delos Santos basically gave up four runs, two each, and we lost the game five to four. All right, man. That’s a tough way to lose. And uh yeah, now we got to win tomorrow just to go with a split. And regardless on how good we’ve been playing, man, it is very disappointing to lose a series to the Pirates and then come back and now you got to fight and claw tomorrow to try to get a a two- two split at home versus the Washington Nationals. That’s That’s disappointing, guys. Like I was expecting to win both of these series and be at least three games over 500, you know. Raheem double A is at his um Raheem. There’s nobody coming. There’s no We’re not going to pick up anybody. Raheem, we’re at our salary cap, bro. We’re not going to pick up nobody a significant note. We may try to get a recovery program, somebody like uh Ronaldo Lopez or something like that, you know, somebody who got talent but been struggling. Hopefully that pitching staff and our pitching coaches can turn them around. those type of, you know, remodeling type of projects that the Braves take on, the Jag Kelnik, the Fairchilds, the Bummers, you know what I’m saying? Those type of guys to see if we can catch Lightning in the bottle. But we’re not going and get a topline guy. Uh we do have uh Craig Kimble uh looking good in the minor league. So that could be a definite um answer for setup possibly um closing if he you know feel good enough. But yeah we got some options but they got to be implemented right. Also, Ter say I need Jesse to be called up. Uncle Jesse. Yeah. Yeah, we are two to one. I I just want I want to sweep this team. I don’t want to I mean, they won their first one, but I don’t want to be like See this game right now. Oh, well, this game felt like a throwaway game. I apologize. I said that wrong. This game felt like a throwaway game even though we were trying to win it. When you bring in Delos Santos, when you don’t bring in um PJ, when you don’t bring in Hernandez, it kind of feel like a throwaway game. like we going to use these guys and they’re going to steal some innings so we don’t overwork uh Pierce Johnson or Hernandez. I get it. Some games you have to do that and you would think with a 4 to1 lead that your bullpin wouldn’t give up the lead that quick. You only had two more innings to go. So I understand what Snickett was trying to do. It just didn’t work out. Okay. It just didn’t work out sometime. I mean, uh, Pierce Johnson, Dylan Lee, and Danal. Uh, Danal has been used a lot and they are our three best U relievers, but they’ve been used a lot. So, I understand why he tried to steal some innings with these guys, but you got to have a quick hook, that’s all. Wilma, how you doing? Appreciate you coming through. Okay. Uh Oh, you just came to troll. Okay, I can just ignore you. Well, Dylan, that’s what I’m saying. Like, Dylan Lee, uh, see, that’s what I’m talking about, Terry. Dylan Lee, uh, PJ and, uh, Danzabal have been used a lot, man. So, I understand why Snick was trying to steal some inning, but you kind of got to have a quick hook, especially when you see those guys struggling. Of course, when you’re up four to one, you don’t expect the lead to evaporate like it did. And not only the lead evaporate, but to lose the lead. And we lost the lead on two outs. So, we gave up two runs on two outs. Like, it was four to five. I mean, it was it was four to four. or four to three and then that stuff happened on two outs. So just kind of happened kind of happened. Yeah, we swept the Twins, Tony. We swept the Twins. Remember we had like a sixgame win streak. We had like a six game win streak, guys. So, yeah. What was like five? No, it was five game. Excuse me. We had a five game win streak. Excuse me. We had a fiveame win streak. So, yeah. Terry said, “That’s why you call up Uncle Jesse for uh and uh Kimberell from Ontario and Delos Santos.” I agree with that. Ken Ross says, “Uh, all right, y’all. He was trying to steal some minutes um some innings because our three best relievers have been overworked. So yeah, Aaron Bummer wasn’t bad. Uh he actually been turning the corner, him and Bryce together uh as of late. So, but you got to have, you know, you got to have a quick hook, especially once it went to four to three. I mean, yeah, once it went four to three like Monttero, once he did that, it came. Hey, don’t pitch him again. He got that situation. He walked the guy on on four P. No, don’t let it happen. You let it happen. Like, you got to understand like, hey, man, it’s the eighth inning. I’m not going to play around. I’mma have somebody warm it up. This dude give up anything. I’m yanking it. But again, I’m not gonna be too hard on Snake because I understand he’s trying to steal in it. We don’t want our guys arms to get burnt out. I know we want to win, but these other guys get paid to. They got to produce. Now, if they don’t, it’s just like Terry said, get them up out of here and bring in uh Craig Campbell and Uncle Jesse. I’ll agree with that. If you’re worried about Orange being tired, then bring up the vets that you can rely on better than these two young guys. Thing is, Aaron Bummer is probably our best quality left-hander coming out the bullpen. And where the heck is Blue It? That kid has been throwing magnificent out. I mean, he’s barely been used, but I would use Blue It some more to be honest. Like what what’s wrong with Blue It? Of course I’m streaming tomorrow game. Of course. Uh horses. Of course. Of course. Of course. Yeah. Be up. Uh Tony Drake better play. All right. Look, man, that kid is so hot. You can’t really make an excuse for keeping that kid out the lineup. But I do like the double switch that Snick did so he could line up. I do not agree with Verdugo coming up cuz Verdugo is just is colder. I mean, only person that’s colder than Verdugo right now is Aussie Alb. And again, Azie Alb had a hit this game and two hits yesterday. So to be honest, Verdugo is like the coldest player right now in the lineup. Yeah. Tony says, “Uh, yeah, it’s just hard to keep up. I think Snit or AA keeps hoping for some magic from 21 to revive the team. Yeah. Uh have to bring in more hungry players fighting for um their jobs. The regulars aren’t okay. I got it. I get you because you got a lot of regular guys hitting below what they’re supposed to be doing. I think Money Mike is slowly coming out of his slump. Uh also Raleigh is definitely out of his, you know, he’s batting 290, but also Raleigh is back to his normal self. Uh even though he didn’t have a good game today, per se. Uh like he just struck out flailing in the ninth inning. Overall, Olsson Riley has been back. Uh Matt Olsen is really struggling right now. Like he’s trying to find himself. Uh, and Big Bear uh got some hits today, but Big Bear average went all the way down to 260, but he got a hit today, so it jumped back up to uh like 271 or something like that. But yeah, uh yeah, and then that’s flailing at the end of the game. Uh yeah. So yeah, Big Bear been in a mini slump. I can’t even say many now.
