St. Joseph native to start for Kansas City Royals Wednesday against Rays

Let’s start off with some big-time Major League Baseball news. St. Joseph native and Central High School alum Noah Cameron will get his first ever Major League start on the mound for the Kansas City Royals tomorrow. The left-handed pitcher will face the Tampa Bay Rays with a 6:05 p.m. first pitch tomorrow down in Florida. Cameron started the season on Kansas City’s 40man roster and ata Omaha. Cameron is currently 2 and 0 with a 3.22 ERA with five starts, 27 strikeouts, and 1 03 whip. Cameron again is a Central High School alum. He played college baseball at Central Arkansas.
