Hello? This is Scott Lee in ‘Scott Lee’s Golf Academy’ and ‘OKSWING GOLF ACADEMY’. Everyone, the 3rd semester of 2020 has finally begun. It is no exaggeration to say that you are in the first semester as an OKSWING GOLF ACADEMY. And you might be wondering what kind of lessons Mr. OK offers offline.

Trying to show it as it is online is the hallmark of our OKSWING GOLF ACADEMY. And even non-members can watch the opening lesson in the beginning. ‘Oh, he’s doing lessons like this!’ However, in the membership video, I will show you how to practice from the driver to the short iron.

There is such a difference. Please sign up for membership. Today is OKSWING3, the first lesson time! OK3 has never been introduced so far! Of course, there was a brief introduction during the OKSWING lesson, but this is the first time to do a lesson in the name of OK3.

The OKSWING3 is the closest swing to the conventional swing. The main feature of the OKSWING is to make a draw by placing the ball slightly to the right and back swinging into the inside. We don’t throw away such features.

However, considering the general swing concept, it can be said to be the most comparable to conventional swing. I need to explain about OKSWING3. The body turn swing we’ve learned is a great swing that can create a powerful force without straining your body.

The setup of the body turn swing is to attach both armpits, make the feet 11-shaped, and give strength to the waist. This is the lesson for those who are new to golf. Then we first recognize that golf is an exercise that should never be moved.

So you learn to have to play golf with the feeling of tightening your armpits. I have said it many times that it is the wrong starting point.

You need to make use of the individual’s own abilities and characteristics and apply it to the golf swing, but it doesn’t work because it prevents your body from moving from the beginning. So before I teach you the set-up of OKSWING 3, I will give you a lesson to unlock your free swing skills.

Contents that were already taught in the first hour in OK 1 and 2 will also be held in OK 3. We will teach you how to develop your ability to hit the ball freely in the effective hitting section, inspire confidence and break down the blocked swing barrier. First lesson, listen carefully please.

Let’s start the first lesson of OK 3! What I think is most important is the effective hitting section. Do you have the ability to accelerate between your right and left foot? Golf swings use both hands. If you swing only with your left hand, you can accelerate with your left hand.

If you swing only with your right hand, you can accelerate with your right hand. However, since it is actually done with both hands, there is an acceleration point where you can use the maximum force between your feet. In OK 1, you swing with both hands, but sudden acceleration occurs inside the right foot.

Also, because OK2 hits the ball with the left hand in focus, there is a rapid acceleration on the left side. It is called rapid acceleration or extreme acceleration. In the OK 3 setup, as I will tell you, tighten both armpits.

Because you know how to use your right and left hands. It’s the armpit attachment in OKSWING. When the armpits are tightened, the movement of the arms is not free. Then, since the arm is not free, we need to cooperate well with the body. So the body starts to lead the whole.

You’ve already done it in OK 1 and 2, but you need to find a way to increase the speed between your feet with your armpits attached. So, the set-up of the OK3 is based on the setup of the OK 2.

When the ball is placed on the floor, the center of the ball is half, and the right foot is divided in half and placed on the right. Because it is OKSWING. But it’s not the right foot. I told you the location of the ball. Swing with the armpit attached to the body.

You are now at the middle and advanced level. Don’t lift the club with your hands, think of rotating with the torso. And at the moment, ‘snatch’ between your feet. Snatching the ball like this. So, while holding your armpits, you are snatching the ball.

Don’t worry about how to do the backswing, just practice this today. It’s armpit tightening, turning the torso and catching the ball. Like this, you’re snatching the ball with the torso between your feet. Did you know? Please practice according to the speed characteristics of your iron and driver.

And at first, you could do topping and chunking. But it is very important to recognize the floor. With both arms tightened I hit the ball with the tightening up of my knees. When I start swinging, I feel like lifting the club with my torso, not with my hands.

I hit the ball like this. You should not come to OK 3 without mastering OK 1 and 2. You will resent me! You need to learn how to use your right hand in OK 1 and how to use your left hand in OK 2. Otherwise, you will be defeated.

Then try to practice snatching the ball between your feet in OK3. It is a practice to make your body’s blood circulation smooth, so please do it. This is the general video. With our members, we will continue the detailed practice method from driver to short iron. Thank you! Let’s start with driver practice.

I have a lot to say to you in the OKSWING 3 lesson. I really want to tell everything to my members. By the way, you’ve learned convention swing, not what you’ve learned from me. The popular convention swing can be called OKSWING 3.

But there is the biggest difference between OK 3 and conventional swing. Conswing tries to make the right side and the left side symmetrical. It’s a low and long back swing, a swing that comes back to the original place, swings, impacts, passes through the shoulders, and finishes.

I like that swing. But as I said that flexibility is not that good. So when you do the back swing, don’t try to do it this way even if you do it with your torso.

If you think that the back swing is pulled slightly inward with the body, you can hit the push draw sufficiently. It is possible to practice that the ball starts slightly to the right and then to the left. That’s the biggest difference between OKSWING and Conswing.

However, the method of movement that creates the power called body turn is similar to the most conventional swing. And it is a body turn. Why it’s a body turn, it’s attatching armpits, so it’s a body turn. You know I’ll show you how I play. But I don’t know what features you have.

So I said that the ball is placed according to OK 2. Left about a quarter more from the center. After that, just grab the grip, but don’t squeeze your armpits tight. ‘It’s tightened, I think it’s tightened’ And it’s not like I’m tightening my back, but I feel like I’m standing firmly.

When doing a backswing, it’s not pulling with your right hand or pushing with your left hand. The feeling is that the hand is almost stopped while the armpit is tightened. It’s just sending it to the torso and snatching the ball with the torso. At this time, do your hands move or not?

It’s moving a lot. Let’s see It’s like this. I thought I was going with the torso and then come with the torso. You may think that it is almost similar to OK 2. But I thought I was going to go with my torso completely. again The armpits were tightened.

This is a swing that you can really enjoy when you’re in the upper middle level. OKSWING 3 Start. Send it with the torso and the size of the swing doesn’t matter. From here, it’s a ‘hit’ stroke between your feet. But here I want to know my identity (identity, what swing you are on)!

I finished OK 2 and came to OK 3. Sometimes I don’t know if I made a left-handed swing or a right-handed swing. Then you will catch the distance flex again. Distance flex Now hold the Distance flex, do back swing like this.

If you hear a sound from the right when you snatch, you are still swinging your right hand a lot. But when playing OK 3, it’s not bad if you swing your right hand. And playing OK 2 is not a good thing or a bad thing.

If you want to change the swing to the left hand swing from the right hand swing, you only need to learn the timing of the body. We can’t say what’s right or wrong. I’ll show you how to check how you’re doing right now. This is left. This is right.

I put my hands together, but I’m actually still swinging at the right. You can still feel that you’re swinging at the left. And there is a practice tool I’m introducing. It is on the market for 89,000 won. However, we are going to make a joint purchase for you at a ridiculous amount.

This is really what I get cheaply. So you know how you ordered it yourself. There is a phone number and an explanation column at the bottom of the video. If you place an order for that phone number, it will go to you at a ridiculous amount.

You have to authenticate the member instead. I’m telling you this in the membership video right now. If you certify as a member, you can purchase it for almost 60,000 won. You must buy it and take it with you. Because it’s a tool that’s used until the end of my lesson.

Next, the driver’s ball position was on the left side. It’s half left in the middle. It’s left side a quarter. I put this on the floor, so I put it in front of my nose. Instead, grab the grip and feel your armpits tightened.

And the starting isn’t done by the hand, now I can’t move my hand because the armpits are tightened. So you start with your torso and hit the ball with your torso with the thought that you can’t move freely. Come again, do you feel? again! It’s hitting with the torso. two

Back swing with torso Down swinging to the torso, like this. good. Since I am not using any technique at this time, I only need to see the ball being snatch. Don’t worry too much about it, as the ball can be pushed or pulled to the left.

Now it’s important if I can hit the ball between my feet. It’s like this. It’s hitting with the torso. So when you swing, when you turn like this, your hands are used or not? They’re used! My hands are being used. And I said that the utility has the same ball position as Wood.

So put the ball in the middle. Wood, utility, and hybrids put the ball at the same place. With the body, you can grab the backswing like this and pull it down. You can change it to your liking as you go through OKSWING later.

I’m not pulling it out by hand here, but turning it with the torso and hitting it like this. So, if you think your armpits are attached, it’s really good to hit. So there is a reason for the players to swing with the torso.

No matter how much you swing with your hands, turning the torso is much bigger than the arc, and it’s also great for power. So it is energy efficient. But for those who have not practiced, it is very difficult to balance. So the players swing with their armpits attached. Same goes for OK 3.

Body You can hit it like this. So you can make swing form, and hit! It is most helpful when viewed from the front in the middle. That’s how it goes. OK 1 and ok 2 can be off the armpit. But OKSWING 3 has both armpits attatched.

It doesn’t matter where the ball flies now. From here, I’m swinging the back with my body. You have to practice accelerating in the acceleration zone with the feeling of hitting the ball with your torso. You are asking me a question at this time.

My wrist is getting loose, should I hold my wrist tightly? No! You don’t have to hold your hand tight. There are cases where it is squeezed by hand. I really squeezed it when I got rid of the existence of the hand. I said it was a tight grip.

The grip is tight enough to handprint. When you make a swing like this, you are doing an extreme body turn swing. Ah! I shouldn’t say this, but this is OK 4… Anyway, I was trying to give you a hint. I’m embarrassed when I release OK4 now. Anyway, take the grip loose now, okay?

But I’m talking, so let me explain. OK 4 is a swing using the lower body, but the most important part is to hold the grip really tight. Turn the body only while holding the grip firmly. There’s a very powerful and accurate way to hit even if you hit the ball without effort.

So I explained that I was gripping tight before. The tight grip is really the level of an expert. That’s actually OK 4. By the way, I made a mistake to say to you. And I’ll hit it with pitching. The pitching and grip are also loose.

The ball is not on the right foot side. Move the ball one size to the right. It’s like OK 2. That’s why I make a backswing with the torso and then swing it with the feeling that it bounces to the torso.

So those who practiced with OK 1 and 2 now have both hands alive, so it’s not difficult to hit with both arms tightened. So please practice on that part. The important point is that I am not trying to create a feeling for this swing or a shape of a swing today.

Overall, I’m creating the ability to swing in the acceleration zone and in the effective hitting zone. Choice and concentration. Discard the outside of both feet and hit the ball in the middle. I feel like I’m swinging with armpits attatching. This is very similar to the conventional swing. Did you know?

You can call it Conventional Swing. However, the color of OKSWING is meaningful for making a backswing inward and then hitting the ball outside. The difference is that the swing pattern is similar. You know. Be sure to do this exercise this week please.

Don’t tighten it too much, it’s enough to feel like, “uh, it’s tight”. Please leave your questions as questions and I will respond. OK 1, 2 and 3 have almost the same curriculum. I’m just telling you something different in a swinging way, and not doing a completely different curriculum.

So far, I have been Scott in ‘Scott Lee’s Golf Academy’ and ‘OKSWING GOLF ACADEMY.’ Thank you.
